1. The Service

Soundboard Online is a platform that allows users to create shared soundboard rooms, upload audio clips, and play them collaboratively in real time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any audio files, icons, and other content you upload to the platform. By uploading content you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have the rights to use and share it.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • The content is not illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

We do not monitor or review uploaded content and are not responsible for any content posted by users. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we become aware of violations.

4. Copyright

Do not upload audio that you do not have the right to distribute (e.g., commercial music, copyrighted samples). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at [email protected] and we will review the claim.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use this service to:

  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundboard Online and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from user-generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which may be zero for free accounts).

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user or third party on or off the platform.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the service operator is located.
